Internet Explorer version 4.0 and above, iResolve will
intuitively detect and automatically convert non-English character
requests into the format used for resolution.
iResolve provides a complete native language web navigation
solution for users, allowing the URL to retain its native language
domain name. iResolve also supports hyperlinks of native
language domain names.
Upon installation, users will be able to instantly access
websites by keying in the hosted native language domain names
on the URL bar. With only a minimal download size of 44KB,
iResolve is the ideal lightweight plug-in for users of Internet
Explorer version 4.0 and above.
Language and encoding supported by iResolve
Chinese (Big5, GB), Japanese(EUC,JIS,SJIS),
Korean (KSC5601), Thai (TSC 620 2533), Indian (Tamil Bilingual,
Tamil Mono, Hindi, Kanada, Telugu), European,Middle East and
Latin America Languages (CP & ISO-8859-X).
iResolve supports all legacy encoding standards - including
GBK, BIG5, Shift-JIS, EUC-KR, ISO-8859 standard (used in
European and Middle East), Windows CodePages (used in localized
Windows 3.1 and 95 system), UTF-8 (used in Windows 98/2000/ME
and Internet Explorer) and various other ASCII-Compatible
Encoding such as AMC-ACE-Z, RACE, DUDE and UTF-5.
